News 08/18/2021 - Veronica, Alexey and Sergey
Today Sergey and his son Alexey made a dive on the house reef of Irufushi island. We saw shark, turtle and many reef fish. The current was not strong and the visibility was about 15 meters. They loved it and on Sunday the whole family is going to the boat in the morning for scuba diving and snorkelling.
After lunch, Sergey's daughter Veronica learned to swim with a monofin and a real mermaid tail. We did a great photo shoot and shot some videos for tiktok. Veronica really enjoys swimming. Hope she enjoys snorkeling in Noon Atoll.

Simon liked the test dive on the house reef that he did with his dad on August 6th and decided to become a certified diver. We went through a series of pool exercises. Simon learned to take off and don the mask on his own underwater, use an alternative air source, and mastered the basics of buoyancy. After that we dived together with his dad from the boat on Dhigu Faru. Congratulations on successfully completing the Scuba Diver course and receiving an international certificate.
News 08/13/2021 - Egor and mom
Egor and his mother dived twice from the morning boat on the Thanburu Canyon and on the Makurandhoo. Clouds of fish scurried along the reef and a large flock of oriental sweetlips hid in the canyon. The sun was shining and the reef literally shone with all the colors of the rainbow. Egor is already very independent underwater and he enjoys diving. On the next trip, he will definitely complete the Open Water Diver basic diving course and receive an international certificate.

News 08/08/2021 - Simon & dad
Dad decided to introduce Simon (11 years old) to diving and was not mistaken. The boy quickly coped with the exercises and after a few minutes independently dove on the house reef of Irufushi Island. Simon not only met a turtle underwater, but also learned to confidently clear the mask and recover the regulator even at a depth of 12 meters. After the immersion, Simon and Matthew immediately decided that they should take it a step further. After having a word with each other, they agreed to make a course and get the first diving certificate.
News 07/08/2021 - Laura, Elisabeth and Matthias
It's great to dive with the whole family right from a boat in the Maldives. Laura (13 years old), together with her mom and dad, dared to conquer the dive sites of Minaavaru and Dhigu Faru, which are ten minutes away from the diving center by boat. Despite the slight roughness of the sea, the Shoreline boat took us to the first dive site in comfort. After practicing the exercises, Laura bravely plunged to a depth of 12 meters and had a lot of fun. After the break, there was another dive in a different location with many colorful reef fish, which Laura did with her mom while her dad was snorkelling.
US Navy Dive Planner - 06/08/2021
Yes, the one that SSI (Scuba Schools International) is using is now available in a convenient digital form. Just enter the depth, dive time and other parameters to get the result. It is also a great way to test yourself if you are taking Open Water Diver course with a printed table.
The table is used to plan several dives that you are going to do on the same day. For the very first dive, use Table 1. Table 2 calculates the nitrogen level in your tissues after the surface interval between dives. Table 3 is needed to calculate subsequent dives.
